ST. AUGUSTINE, Fla. – The Peach Belt Conference (PBC) held its year-end awards banquet Thursday night, and Georgia College junior Austin Mancilla (Lawrenceville, Georgia) earned a spot on the All-PBC Second Team.
Mancilla leads the Bobcats and is fourth in the league in stroke average at 72.4. He owns three top-10 finishes on the year, including fourth place twice, at the UNG Fall Invitational Oct. 2 and the Hurricane Invitational Feb. 26.
All-time the Bobcats have now put 39 golfers on the All-PBC Teams, the most recent being Thomas Hodges (2018) in the 2016-17 season.
Mancilla and the rest of the GC Golf squad will be in action this weekend at the 2019 PBC Championship, hosted by Flagler College. Mancilla is set to tee off at 10:15 a.m.
