MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. – Georgia College Men's Basketball junior Jordan Thomas (Conyers) claimed his second-consecutive Bobcat Athlete of the Week honor, and fifth of his career, for his efforts in the team's matchup with Albany State University.
Thomas led all scorers with 20 points and also added five rebounds, two assists and two steals, while shooting 4-for-11 from three-point range. A pair of his rebounds came on the offensive glass.
The scoring output was his third-highest of the season and his third game with 20 or more points, resulting in the fifth time Thomas has been named the recipient of the weekly honor.
Thomas and the Bobcat men return to action Monday, Dec. 2 on the road at Emmanuel College. Tip-off is scheduled for 7 p.m.
