MILLEDGEVILLE, Ga. – The Georgia College women's soccer team (9-7-2) finished fourth in the Peach Belt Conference (PBC) Standings this year, including a school-record seven conference victories, earning the right to host a PBC Tournament Quarterfinal at Bobcat Field Wednesday, Nov. 4 at 2 p.m.
The No. 4-seed Bobcats will host No. 5-seed UNC Pembroke Wednesday in the opening bracket of the 2015 PBC Women's Soccer Tournament. The Bobcats and Braves squared off during the regular season in North Carolina, a 2-1 victory for the Bobcats in double-overtime.
Tickets are $5 for adults and $3 for children 12 and under with students of any PBC school entering free with student ID.
The last time the Bobcats hosted an opening-round PBC tourney matchup was 2009, a victory over the University of North Georgia. All-time, the Bobcats are 3-0 in PBC Quarterfinal matchups at home.
