GC’s Bochniak Named to Preseason All-PBC Volleyball Squad

AUGUSTA, Ga. – The Peach Belt Conference (PBC) released its Preseason All-PBC Volleyball Team Thursday, with Georgia College Volleyball putting one junior on the list.

Outside hitter Libby Bochniak (Marietta) represented the Bobcats on the team.

Bochniak was a 2018 All-PBC Second Team selection and was also named to the PBC All-Tournament team in 2018. She ranked fourth in the PBC in total kills, seventh in kills per set and seventh in digs. A complete student-athlete, Bochniak was also named to the 2018 PBC All-Academic team.

She is the third Preseason All-PBC selection in program history.

Bobcat Volleyball begins the 2019 campaign Friday, Sept. 6 at 7 p.m., taking on Tusculum University in the Bobcat Classic.
